Aromatherapy uses essential oils for therapeutic support, while fragrance is for scent only.
Your aromatherapy consultation begins with a comprehensive intake assessment and holistic evaluation of your physical health, emotional well-being, lifestyle, and goals. Based on this information, a personalized aromatherapy protocol is developed, which may include customized blend recommendations, usage guidance, and safety considerations. You will also receive education on how to use your blends effectively, along with follow-up support to assess progress and make adjustments as needed.
When guided by a trained aromatherapist, aromatherapy can be safely customized to support physical and emotional well-being alongside medical care. Extra care is needed for certain populations, including those who are pregnant, living with chronic health conditions, or in homes with children or pets. In these cases, aromatherapy should be used only with appropriate guidance and, when necessary, a recommendation or referral from a qualified physician.
